Dunkin'

This place is a hit or miss. If you come in the morning, the lines are long if people order breakfast sandwiches. If you are just grabbing coffee, they normally make the orders right, but mess up from time to time. Overall, a decent place.

Went through the drive through on a Saturday, late afternoon. Ordered 2 ice made regular. Got 2 cups filled with ice and half way up was all cream. He didn't boher to stir or shake them probably because you could barely squeeze the straw in with all the ice. Lazy emoyee who didnt care.

The absolute worst - Drive Thru kid with the tattoos has 0 idea what he's doing. I ordered 2 medium caramel iced coffees with almond milk and I get back 2 medium iced coffees with cream and flavoring I never asked for. I ordered one wake up wrap and got it back ice cold in the middle. Aside from them messing up everything, the customer service was the worst ever. The dude just hangs his hand out the window without saying how much money it costs and doesn't say two words besides "I gotta quit this fkn job" ... Yah you do bro, go to McDonalds or somewhere else for the love of God. I ask him how much and he goes, "I dunno - uhhhhhh about $9.42" Like, smoke another joint bro - seriously. Idiots. Not to mention the drive thru is narrow as hell and I drive a Ram 2500 - f that place man.

I love this Dunkins. Nick always makes my coffee perfect and Hayley the manager makes sure my visit is fast and get back to work on time.👍👍

If you dont want COVID dont go here.Went here today inside Man at register made my coffee Then was going to take my money.NO glovesNO maskNO englishWhen i asked him about sanitation he needed an interpreter.I ran out of there very fast.... Without coffee. OMG.How are they even open during covid?

My boyfriend has been going to dd for years. We just moved to Bedford. He stopped going there and paid for a high quality coffee machine. Couldn't take it. Last time he went in, he said someone ordered 4 coffee at drive through and they were rude and wrong to her. She just drove away and left her order. It's gross. Whose the owner???

Regular Donkin Donuts. Good selection. However always new personnel. Looks like rotation if fast.

I usually don't have any problems at this location. I come here at least once a week. Today I go and order 2 egg and cheese English muffins ,hash browns, and hot chocolate. I got home and the hash browns were half the size they should have been. I had one egg and cheese on an untoasted English muffin that was missing half of one side of the English muffin. Barely cooked. And my hot chocolate wasn't full. Pathetic.

GO TO BRUEGGERS - healthier and better coffee anyway. Sign on door says open 5am. It's 5:06 according to AT&T. Young woman standing in front of counter - 10ft from door - I'm standing in vestibule - neither she nor the guy behind the counter even look up at me. Then she starts arranging displays. I'm leaving. Not coming back to this one.

Always so fast with On-the-Go ordering! This is the earliest opening DD I can find in the area too.

Long wait times and mediocre food preparation - seems management doesnt know how to run it. Corporate should evaluate this location.

This was the slowest drive thru I think I have ever been through. No apology or acknowledgement of how slow the service was.

The staff seem friendly, but order has been wrong several times and I have to turn around and explain to them what’s missing. It’s frustrating not being able to trust that my order is correct, fast drive thru food should be quick and easy. Food seems like normal Dunkin food as far as quality goes. Parking lot is small. Easy to miss the entrance.

Ordered an Ice tea with lemon and an Iced coffee with cream. They put the lemon in the coffee....

They need to bring back the TT GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH AND CC BAGEL TWIST! What do they have against cheddar?

This Dunkin is hit or miss like most. However I have gotten a decent amount of incorrect drinks. More than I am used to from a dunkin. It doesn't even seem like the same person. I always ask for caramel swirl and have recently gotten pumpkin spice 3 of the last 7 coffees. Pretty annoying. Just make sure you check your drink before leaving.

Bad service

I went there earlier today before I had to take a test so I could have lunch. I asked for the sweet bbq bacon sandwich with no cheese and a latte with almond milk and caramel swirl through the drive thru. I shouldbe checked before leaving and I did ask if the latte was almond milk. She said yes. Not only was the latte not made with almond milk but when I open the sandwich there is bacon and cheese no egg. So now I paid for both these items, to not be able to eat the sandwich because I cant have cheese and then not being able to drink my latte after the first sip and unable to turn around and go back because if I did I would've been late to my test.

The man who was working today didn’t catch his name he has tattoos and dark hair was such a sweetheart excellent customer experience thank you ! Was having a bad day and he made it so much better

I ordered two medium vanilla chai at the drive thru , since i was in a rush i did not see them until i got to my destination . There i noticed both cups were filled less than half the cup! I paid for Medium size for both and got a size small put into my cups , so i recommend to take your business elsewhere where you wont be disappointed ☹️
